Deed keeps nothing from contacts you mark as personal. If your number is on ordinary WhatsApp, move it to the free WhatsApp Business app first, or connect a separate business number.

Only when you have told it to. By default Deed drafts and you approve: every reply waits for your OK, and you can edit it first. If you switch on a playbook, such as an instant reply to a portal enquiry, Deed sends that one kind of message for you, in your own words, and nothing wider.

WhatsApp only allows free-form replies within 24 hours of a client's last message. Deed watches that window for you and holds anything that would fall outside it, so you never break the rules without knowing.
