Does it work with my WhatsApp number?
Yes. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, you connect it by scanning a code from inside the app, and you keep using the app on your phone exactly as before: your chats stay where they are, and your work conversations reach Deed too. Deed keeps nothing from contacts you mark as personal. If your number is on ordinary WhatsApp, move it to the free WhatsApp Business app first, or connect a separate business number.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
Only when you have told it to. By default Deed drafts and you approve: every reply waits for your OK, and you can edit it first. If you switch on a playbook, such as an instant reply to a portal enquiry, Deed sends that one kind of message for you, in your own words, and nothing wider.
What about WhatsApp's 24-hour rule?
WhatsApp only allows free-form replies within 24 hours of a client's last message. Deed watches that window for you and holds anything that would fall outside it, so you never break the rules without knowing.
Can I approve replies from my phone?
Yes. Deed runs in your phone's browser, so you can read a new enquiry and approve the drafted reply between viewings. Nothing to install.
