Does it work with my WhatsApp number?
Yes, with one honest caveat: a number connected to Meta's business platform is managed from Deed, not from the WhatsApp app on your phone. Most agents connect a dedicated business number and keep their personal number exactly as it is. If you don't have a business number yet, you set one up in a short guided step with Meta.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. Deed drafts, you approve. Every reply waits for your OK before it goes anywhere, and you can edit it first.
What about WhatsApp's 24-hour rule?
WhatsApp only allows free-form replies within 24 hours of a client's last message. Deed watches that window for you and holds anything that would fall outside it, so you never break the rules without knowing.
Can I approve replies from my phone?
Yes. Deed runs in your phone's browser, so you can read a new enquiry and approve the drafted reply between viewings. Nothing to install.
