What does Deed cost?
Nothing right now. Deed is in early access and every feature is free while we build with our first agents and agencies. Before we ever charge a rand, you'll get clear notice in plain language.
Does it work with my WhatsApp number?
Yes. Deed connects your WhatsApp Business number through WhatsApp's official platform, and you keep using the Business app on your phone as before. Replies go out from that number, and your personal WhatsApp stays untouched.
Can I take my book with me if I leave?
Yes. Your book is yours, not ours, and there's no lock-in. As a solo agent you can take your contacts, listings and deals with you at any time (Settings, Workspace, Take your book with you), and we delete your data on request. In an agency, an agent's own contacts, deals and listings go with them when they move on, while listings under a live mandate, and the work they shared with a colleague, stay with the agency.
Will the drafts sound like me?
Drafts are written from the enquiry and the home's own details, in the voice you set in Deed: warmer or plainer, shorter or fuller, with or without first names and emoji. You can edit any draft before it sends.
