These are the terms for using Deed while we're in early access. They're short on purpose. Questions go to hello@ondeed.co.za.
The service
Deed is a CRM for South African estate agents. During early access it's free, features are evolving, and things may occasionally change or break while we build. We'll always tell you before anything material changes, including pricing.
Your data
Everything you load into Deed stays yours. You're responsible for having the right to store your clients' information, and we handle it as described in our privacy page.
Fair use
Use Deed for genuine estate agency work. No spam, no unlawful marketing, and messaging through connected channels must respect the channel's rules (like WhatsApp's business policies) and POPIA.
Availability
We aim for Deed to be up whenever you need it, but during early access the service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees.
Liability
To the extent South African law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service, which during early access is zero. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law says you always have.
Leaving
You can stop using Deed and take your data at any time. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users' data at risk.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
