Invite your team

On Today, press Invite your team at the top, or go to Settings, Workspace, Invite teammates.

Press Invite someone and choose how they join. The owner can pick any role (Cold caller, Candidate agent, Agent, Admin, Manager, Principal); anyone else who can invite adds agents.

Working on your own until now? Give the team a name here: your first invite turns your Deed into a team.

Press Create invite link, then Copy invite link, and send it yourself, on WhatsApp or by email. Deed doesn't send it for you. An agent's link works for everyone you send it to, until it expires in two weeks. A principal, manager or admin link sees the whole team's book, so it lets one person in, and Open links shows who used it. Every link waits under Open links, where you can revoke it once everyone is in.

Your teammate opens the link and signs in. Someone who already uses Deed sees what the team sees: their properties become the firm's stock, their deals are visible to the people who run the firm, and their diary stays theirs. The one choice is their contacts and the conversations with them: Keep them to myself or share them with the team. Then they press Join.

Someone new presses Join first, and makes the same choice in the short welcome that follows. Join your team walks through their side.
