Start a deal and move it along

On Deals, press New deal. On a phone, it's the round +. You can also start one from a WhatsApp conversation with Start a deal.

Pick the property and the contact; one of them is enough to start. Choose the deal type (Rental, Sale or Commercial), who the contact is (Buyer, Seller, Tenant or Landlord) and, if you know it, the value or monthly rent. It starts at Lead. Press Create deal, and the deal's page opens.

Press Advance on the deal's card to move it to the next stage, or drag the card to another column. A sale runs Lead, Qualified, Mandate, On show, Offer, Bond, Compliance, Transfer, Registered; a rental runs Lead, Qualified, Viewing, Application, Lease signed, Moved in.

Press the card to open it on the right (a drawer on a phone). Advance to Qualified moves one step, and Open full deal goes to its page, where you can tap any step to move the deal straight there.
