Your diary and viewings

Your week on Schedule, the three ways a viewing gets booked, and how to move or cancel one.

Updated 27 September 2026, about 3 minutes

Before you start

  • A calendar connected, for viewing times in replies (see Connect your calendar). Your own entries work without one.
  1. Schedule is your diary. Switch between Day, Week, Month and List, and step back and forward with the arrows, or jump to Today. Viewings booked in Deed, what you add yourself, and your calendar's appointments sit side by side; tap any of them to see it beside the page. On a phone it is Day, Month or List.

  2. Press Add to schedule, or on Day or Week drag down an empty stretch of time. Pick what it is (a viewing, a valuation, a meeting, a call, something else, or time you are not available), the day and the time, where, and who it is with, then press Save. With a calendar connected, it goes into your calendar too.

    Viewings also arrive by themselves:

    • A buyer taps one of the free times in your approved reply (this needs a calendar connected). Your bell rings: “Lerato booked a viewing.”
    • You ask Deed, like “book Thabo Saturday 10am”, and press Yes, do it.
    • Deed spots a time you agreed in a chat and offers it under From your chats: press Add to schedule.
  3. Tap the viewing and press Change: pick one of your free times, or choose a day and a time yourself and press Move it here, or Cancel this viewing. The record changes straight away, and Deed drafts the message to the buyer for you to approve. Without a calendar connected, you pick the time yourself.

A viewing that isn't on your phone's calendar lives in Deed only, so connect your calendar to be reminded: see Connect your calendar.
