Switch on a playbook so one clear kind of message, like a portal enquiry, gets your words straight away.

Before you start

  • WhatsApp connected
  • A calendar connected, if you want real viewing times in the reply
  1. Open Profile & settings and, under Automation, choose Playbooks. A draft card that suggests one has a Set it up link that goes to the same place.

  2. Each playbook is one clear moment you're happy to hand over: Instant reply answers a new lead's listing link, Reply to returning enquiries answers someone you know who asks about another listing, and Viewing confirmation confirms a viewing when they tap one of your times. Everything else still waits for your approval.

  3. A playbook is shown as the steps it takes, in order, like a shortcut: when it starts, how it finds the listing, the checks Deed always runs, and what it sends. Write the reply in the Send step so it sounds like you; Preview, beside Edit, shows it as the buyer will get it. Open the checks to set how many a day your playbooks may send between them, and add a follow-up for when they go quiet. Press Save.

  4. Flip its switch, on the Playbooks list or in the bar with Edit and Preview. Deed says exactly what it will do from now on, as you, and that every send rings your bell. Press Turn on to agree. Switching it off later sends those moments back to your approval.
