Each comes as its own spreadsheet (a CSV file) that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with stages and statuses written as words and phone numbers the way you write them (082 555 1234).
Archived records come too, marked with the day they were archived. The contacts file uses the same columns Deed's import reads, so it can come straight back in.
